Albert park raceway, viewing bath huts at Brighton and general knowledge of our tour operator was great

Melbourne itself is so exquisite and breathtaking but having a tour by Fred makes the city come alive! Accommodating, exciting, kind, funny and adventurous, Fred was the best man for the job. We went on our group tour using Oceania tours after we had completed other tours with various companies and regret not booking all tours with Oceania (Fred especially). Fred has a passion for his city and is so informed about all things Australia, Melbourne specifically. Fred quickly became our friend who helped us navigate the city, giving us tips and insights to beautiful Melbourne. Thank you Fred and Oceania tours for creating a trip we will never forget. Please check out all Oceania tours has to offer and there is no doubt you will enjoy your adventure.

Our tour guide Fred was amazing, so in love with his City and ready to tell us everything we needed to know about Melbourne!! He also had a great sense of humour and was very welcoming! It was our first morning in Melbourne so it left a fantastic first impression of what is a great City!! Hope to see you again soon Fred, ‘the Honeymooners’. (9th Feb) p.s. sorry for the late review, getting back to reality was tough!

We loved this tour. The guide was excellent. All of the stops were worthwhile. We always prefer a small group and this didn’t disappoint.

Nice overview of the city in few hours. We covered a lot of ground and our driver/guide Martin was friendly and informative and kept it interesting.

We normally do a hop on, hop off the first day of a city visit, but this time we opted for the small group tour and were glad we did. We also got lucky when our guide, Cariminda, told us, with a bit of German accent, we would be the only one's in the car and we'd have her full attention. She was extremely knowledgeable of both the city and its' history. We were able to get out of the CBD and see areas like St. Kilda, South Melbourne, and Albert Park, getting a full view of Melbourne and everything it has to offer. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour.

In our first day on vacation we took the City tour in spanish with Eliseo. It was a very good experience, personalized, he was kind, punctual, making clear all the City references and keeping it interesting.

What a nice morning we had! Glad that we had this guide. Totally recommend it. Had a blast, and even changed a little bit the plans on behalf of the group! Started on time. Thanks Eliseo

This is the first time I feel compelled to give a negative rating: According to the voucher, the tour starts at 08:30 at the hotel. Arrived at 08:25 we were snapped directly by the guide "Annette" (German), that we would have to be there at 08:20. She was loud and was totally rude, a welcome was missing. (Later it turned out that the same happened to our company which previously entered). After we have pointed out to her friendly, that our voucher is 08:30 she was just more soggy and impolite. Even during the tour, she began without any behavior over again and became offensive. This had nothing to do with friendliness and certainly nothing to do with customer service. During the tour the guide stuttered again and again every few seconds with an "um" or "ääääh". The route itself was ok, passed many sights and lasted exactly 3 hours. Afterwards we wanted as booked on the Eureka tower. Despite the confirmation on the voucher, it took an eternity and several phone calls until it had turned out that we actually booked it. In summary, the route guidance was in order, but the behavior of the guide completely wrong and unacceptable. Clear non-recommendation!

Rolanda was a great and patient guide. Seeing it was only the two of us for that day we just ended up doing what we wanted to do. Very informative
